(Room Change): Districtwide Parent Leadership Meeting #2: DELAC/DPAC/PTSO

Moving meeting upstairs to the Large Conference Room (same building, just upstairs) because there is a large meeting in the board room that is preventing me from getting the room set up 😊.


I will put signs up about the change, too! Thank you!


Liaisons,

Please do your best to get a team of approximately 5 parents from each representative group (DELAC, DPAC, and PTSO) from each site to attend these 4 DELAC/DPAC/PTSO meetings (continuity is the key!):

Also, in order to try to encourage our parents to think of this as a community and not just a meeting, we will continue the DELAC practice of each site bring "pot-luck" food items to share.


So, please work with your DELAC/DPAC/PTSO parents to bring the following for approximately 20 people to the designated meetings (parents who are bringing food should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time):


October 22:

Food and Beverages (Leuzinger parents)


December 17:

Food and Beverages (Lawndale and Lloyde)


April 29:

Food and Beverages (Hawthorne)


June 3:

Dinner provided by the district; probably something like Chicken Maison
